Hamirpur, March 28
A 22-year-old youth was allegedly killed near Tarota village in Sujanpur sub-division of the district on the intervening night of March 27 and 28.
Anil Kumar, who was on his way home with his friend after attending a “jagrata”, was allegedly killed and the killers managed to flee.
SP Ajay Bodh said an FIR had been registered and investigation was on. The body of the deceased had been handed over to his family after post-mortem.
