New Delhi, October 10

Three more people were arrested for allegedly stabbing a tempo driver, Vijender Rana (40), to death after the victim's vehicle brushed past a pet dog at Dwarka's Mohan Garden on October 5, police said today.

The police said that Karan Arora (19) was arrested on Sunday in connection with the case and today three more persons — Ankit (24) and Paras (20), and their tenant Dev Chopra (28) — were nabbed. The dog belonged to Ankit and Paras.

The incident happened around midnight when Rana was going home in his TATA Ace after finishing his work. His son was waiting for him outside the house. As soon as he reached near his house, five persons caught him and started beating him. They said they stabbed Rana because his vehicle touched their dog. Rana''s son called his family members. Rana''s elder brother Rajesh (45) intervened but he also got injured.
