Stress management camp for cops at airport unit

NEW DELHI:To make an effort to release stress and to promote awareness regarding physical health, the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport unit organised yoga, ayurveda and stress management camp and a health check up camp, which was also followed by bara khana of national diet “khichri” and a sampark sabha of police personnel of the unit for the redressal of their problems and grievances at the IGI Airport Police Station, said DCP Sanjay Bhatia (airport).

To make an effort to release stress and to promote awareness regarding physical health, the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport unit organised yoga, ayurveda and stress management camp and a health check up camp, which was also followed by bara khana of national diet “khichri” and a sampark sabha of police personnel of the unit for the redressal of their problems and grievances at the IGI Airport Police Station, said DCP Sanjay Bhatia (airport).

A health check up camp was organised with the help of specialist doctors from Fortis Group of Hospitals in which police personnel were checked and diagnosed for cardio by Dr Pramod Kumar, HOD-Cardiology, Fortis Hospital.
