NEW DELHI:A day after Congress' drubbing in Delhi Municipal Corporation elections, party vice-president Rahul Gandhi has asked leaders in charge of state affairs to continue in their posts.

A day after Congress' drubbing in Delhi Municipal Corporation elections, party vice-president Rahul Gandhi has asked leaders in charge of state affairs to continue in their posts.

Rahul asked Congress in charge for Delhi PC Chacko and state unit chief Ajay Maken to stay in their posts when the two met Rahul today to offer their resignations in the wake of party's embarrassing defeat in municipal elections. Gandhi will on  Monday hold a meeting to discuss the party's Delhi defeat.
