Former top CCRT officials held

NEW DELHI: The police here have arrested G C Joshi (60), former director (2011 to July 2018) and Anil Kohli (60) deputy director finance (retired in April 2018) of the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT) for their alleged involvement in a scholarship scam worth over Rs 50 lakh.
