CISF surveillance and intelligence staff of IGI Airport noticed a five-year-old girl, Rahnuma Parveen, unaccompanied and weeping near GMR helpdesk in retail area of Terminal-1D. CISF personnel approached her. On asking, she informed that she got separated from her parents.

CCTV camera footage was reviewed and with the help of electronic surveillance her father Md Aftab and mother Mumtaj Khatun were located in the boarding gate area. They were travelling to Leh by Spice Jet flight. Later, the girl was reunited with her parents. — TNS
