New Delhi, November 15

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has conducted a passenger feedback survey at eight airports (Bangaluru, Chennai, Cochin, Kolkata, Mumbai, Guwahati, Hyderabad and IGI, Delhi) for a period of 30 days.

The IGI Airport was graded fourth in the ranking whereas Cochin stood first in all parameters while Mumbai and Bangaluru airports have secured 2nd and 3rd position, said the CISF Director General OP Singh.

This feedback survey was aimed to get feedback directly from the passengers about the quality of services being rendered by the CISF and to assess the performance of Aviation Security Group (ASG) personnel at airports, said the DG.

Around 3,30,152 forms were filled up which were developed by the CISF Airport Sector.
