A man brutally beat his mother and chucked her out of her house.

The neighbours called police officials who took the old woman to the trauma centre.

According to a senior police official, the accused in fear of getting arrested got himself admitted to a hospital.

The accused identified as Manoj Arora who lives in East of Kailash, south Delhi. He beat his mother over property.

According to neighbours, the incident is of April 19. The woman is a resident of Lajpat Nagar Part-1. Manoj came to his mother’s house and started beating her and hit her with a pressure cooker on her head and bit her fingers and forced her out of the house.

The accused will be arrested as soon as he is discharged from the hospital, the official said.
