2 held for supplying illegal liquor

New Delhi, November 20

Ankit (21), a resident of UP, was arrested for allegedly supplying illegal liquor from southwest Delhi, police said.

On Sunday at 1.30 pm, the driver was arrested at Benito Marg, a official said.

Sixty cartons containing 3,000 quarters of illicit liquor was recovered from his possession, police said.

In another incident, Shiv Kumar (20), a van driver was arrested for allegedly supplying liquor from southeast Delhi's Jangpura area, police said. — TNS
