Three labourers injured in Kharar wall collapse

Three migrant labourers sustained serious injuries after the wall of an under-construction building collapsed near Bansan Wali Chungi here on Wednesday.

According to information, the building is being constructed near the Kharar-Mohali flyover. The wall of the first floor of the building collapsed all of a sudden. Three labourers working there suffered serious injuries. The injured persons - Gugu, Kishanur and Kuldeep - were immediately shifted to the Civil Hospital, Kharar.

Two of the victims - Gugu and Kishanur - were later referred to the PGI, Chandigarh. Meanwhile, the police have started investigations. — OC
