Chandigarh: The 10-day long Xaverian Staff Cricket League concluded at St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School, Sector 44-C, Chandigarh, wherein around 50 men and 50 women from all four branches of St Xavier’s i.e. at Panchkula, Mohali, Zirakpur and Chandigarh, took part.

Chandigarh: The 10-day long Xaverian Staff Cricket League concluded at St Xavier’s Senior Secondary School, Sector 44-C, Chandigarh, wherein around 50 men and 50 women from all four branches of St Xavier’s i.e. at Panchkula, Mohali, Zirakpur and Chandigarh, took part. In women’s category, Team White won the tournament while in men’s category, Team Red won the tournament.

Guru Harkrishan Public 

Chandigarh: The Divinity and Punjabi Department of Sri Guru Harkrishan Sr. Sec. Public School, Sector 40, Chandigarh, held a ‘gurmat samagam’ programme on “Chaar Sahibzaade Sada Virsa Sada Parwar” on its campus. The programme commenced with Japuji Saibh path. Students performed a kirtan. S Sukhdev Singh informed about Mata Gujar Kaur, Chaar Sahibzaade, Baba Moti Ram and Diwan Todar Mal. Principal Pritinder Kaur thanked all dignitaries for sparing their valuable time.

Chandigarh: Akarsh Sharma(in pic) of Class X, a budding gymnast of AKSIPS 45, shone in the 63rd National School Games organised by the School Games Federation of India, which was held in Kolkata last month. Akarsh performed well in the U-19 category matches. Director-Principal Jasmine Kalra congratulated Akarsh for his achievement. TNS
