Seminar on study visa

A seminar on study visa by immigration solicitor from the UK, Gurpal Singh Uppal, concluded at a hotel here today. More than 100 students attended the seminar. Uppal said, “I am happy to acknowledge that the seminar was successful and we discussed the issues of sole representative visa, new high court ruling on stateless children, 10-year ban refusal cases, routes to UK permanent residency, settlement visa, sponsorship declaration, judicial review, pre-action protocol and human rights applications.” — TNS
