Satluj Public Group of Schools, Sector 2 & 4, Panchkula, excelled in the Spring Fest-2019 organised by HSVP. Sixty two students and teachers won prizes in various flower and cultural events. Students won the first and second prizes in various categories such as rangoli, painting competition, pot painting, environmental quiz, fancy dress, duet dance, mono acting, fashion show, mehndi, best out of waste, selfie, solo singing and folk dance. The garden nurtured by Director Pritam Singh Serai won the first prize in Panchkula. In the junior category, Satluj School got the first prize. Principal of the Senior Wing Krit Serai and Principal of the Junior Wing Gur K Serai appreciated the contributions made by the students and teachers.

Manav Rachna, Mohali

A series of performances, including an act based on the theme of ‘Change your words’, ‘Change your mindset’ left the audience spellbound. 

SD School, Chandigarh

SD Senior Secondary School, Sector 24, Chandigarh, celebrated International Women’s Day. A health check-up was organised at the school for all staff members. Fun games and lunch was also organised on the occasion.

Jainendra Public, Panchkula

Jainendra Public School, Sector 1, Panchkula, hosted a baby show and fashion show for children of different age groups. The aim was to encourage students to exhibit their talent, originality, confidence and intelligence. MLA Gyan Chand was the chief guest. The winners were felicitated with gifts and certificates. The show concluded with a vote of thanks by Principal Saroj Sharma.

Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh

Anjali Bhardwaj, a student of Class XI, brought laurels to the school by securing the third international rank in the International Company Secretaries Olympiad (ICSO) organised by SOF. She was awarded a bronze medal and a cash prize of Rs 50,000.

Blue Bird, Panchkula

Students of Blue Bird High School, Sector 16, Panchkula, brought laurels to the school by bagging prizes in inter-school spring fest competitions held at Town Park, Sector 5, Panchkula. Students won the first prize in rangoli, best out of waste, mehndi and solo singing, whereas they bagged the second prize in tattoo painting. All winners were awarded trophies and certificates. Principal Vandna Bhatnagar applauded the achievements of the participants and the winners and inspired them to excel in all fields.
