Punjab-Mumbai evenly poised

CHANDIGARH: Punjab boys were precariously placed against Mumbai as they lost three wickets for 95 runs in response to visitors’ first innings total of 298 on the second day of their CK Nayudu Trophy match at the Dhruv Pandove Stadium in Patiala today.

Punjab boys were precariously placed against Mumbai as they lost three wickets for 95 runs in response to visitors’ first innings total of 298 on the second day of their CK Nayudu Trophy match at the Dhruv Pandove Stadium in Patiala today. At the draw of stumps, Himanshu Sharma was batting on 18 and giving him company at the other end was Akul Pratap Pandove on six.

Earlier, Mumbai rode on SZ Mulani’s to 65 to reach a respectable total after the side had lost half of their side for just 149 runs on the opening day.
