Process for nursery admissions begins

CHANDIGARH: The UT Education Department today convened first meeting with respect to 2020-21 nursery admissions in 77 private schools in the city.

The UT Education Department today convened first meeting with respect to 2020-21 nursery admissions in 77 private schools in the city.

The department shared tentative schedule with the schools. All schools will have to upload admission notice on their website with details, including the name of the entry class, age criteria with cut-off date, number of seats in the entry class, seat break-up, criteria for admission and fee structure.

The forms will be available free on the school website and Rs 100 will be charged as registration fee at the time of submission of the form. Eligible candidates’ list will be displayed on the school notice board and on the school website. — TNS
