At Toganpur village near Dera Bassi, poet Ashok Bhandari Nadir (72), has set up an old-age home — ‘Par Brahma Asra’. Its doors will be flung open to senior citizens on Saturday. “The place can accommodate 56 people for free and has all facilities such as housing, food, indoor games,” he said. — TNS
