3 more arrested on charge of murder

KHARAR:The Kharar Sadar police have arrested three more suspects, Jaspreet Singh, Pargat Singh and Parvinder Singh, all residents of Nabipur village, on the charge of murder of Davinder Singh who was seriously injured by the suspects on October 31.

The Kharar Sadar police have arrested three more suspects, Jaspreet Singh, Pargat Singh and Parvinder Singh, all residents of Nabipur village, on the charge of murder of Davinder Singh who was seriously injured by the suspects on October 31.

The police had earlier arrested two suspects, Satwinder Singh and Gurjit Singh, in the same murder case. 

Sandeep Singh and Davinder Singh were assaulted and badly beaten up by the suspects on October 31. The victim Davinder Singh who was seriously injured at that time was admitted in the Civil Hospital, Kharar, from where he was referred to the GMCH-32. The police at that time had registered a case under Sections 323, 341, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code against the suspects.

After the death of Davinder Singh on November 5, the police booked all suspects under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. SHO Amandeep Singh said the suspects were produced in a local court today from where they had been remanded in two-day police remand.
