Sarabjit Singh Reki has been booked on the charge of intending to outrage religious feelings of the Christian community.

Jaspal Singh, Chairman of the All-India Christian Samaj, has filed a complaint with the Mohali SSP that the accused posted objectionable material against the Christian community on his Facebook ID. The complainant said Reki has also written objectionable words against Priest Bajinder Singh. Kharar City SHO Bhagwant Singh Riar said the police have started the investigation and a case under Section 295-A of the IPC and Section 66 of the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, has been registered. — OC
