Munshi records statement

A malkhana munshi recorded his statement in the court today in the rape case of the 10-year-old girl. The hearing was held for the case involving the younger uncle of the 10-year-old rape victim who was arrested later. The next hearing in the case will be held on October 24. The hearing in the case involving the elder uncle will be held on Tuesday.

The police had initially arrested the elder uncle of the victim after she named him. However, the DNA report of her child and the elder uncle did not match and the investigation had to be restarted.

It was then found out that the younger uncle was also raping the 10-year-old victim. DNA tests then showed that it was the younger uncle who had fathered the victim’s child who was born on August 17.
