Mohali MC’s F&CC meeting tomorrow

Various development projects, amounting to Rs 15 crore, will be discussed during a meeting of the Finance and Contract Committee (F&CC) of the Mohali Municipal Corporation on Monday.

According to sources, the agenda for the meeting contains 10 items, including the installation of a vacuum pump to maintain water pressure in the city.

Apart from that, other issues such as desilting and cleaning of storm water pipelines in Phases V, X and XI, repair of paver blocks and the maintenance of parks will be taken up.

“There is a proposal to provide Rs 2 crore to each ward for development works,” said a senior official of the MC. There are 50 wards in the city.
