The MoU was signed here on Tuesday between Mayor Davesh Moudgil and Rajendra Kumar Saboo from Rotary Club of Chandigarh.

He said the group would bear the entire cost, Rs 40 lakh, for the development of work and would also assist the MC with Rs 30,000 per month to operate and maintain the same for a period of 5 years with joint partnership of the MC and the Corporate.
