ICSE, ISC results: Girls outclass boys in tricity

Girls outclassed boys in the tricity in ISC (Class 12) and ICSE (Class 10) exams, results of which were declared on Monday.

Nayantara and Anushka of Strawberry Fields High School, Chandigarh, shared the top slot in the Class 12 examination by scoring 97.8 per cent. They both are from Humanities stream.

Sahil Ahuja and Kanwar Shahbaaz Singh, both of YPS, Mohali, stood second and third by securing 95.7 per cent and 93.7 per cent marks, respectively.

In Class X examination, Shreya Chauhan of Saupin's School, Panchkula, topped the tricity by scoring 98 per cent marks, Adit Jindal of Strawberry Fields High School, Chandigarh, stood second by securing 97.6 per cent marks.

Ishan Singh of Strawberry Fields High School, Chandigarh; Srijan of St Xavier's Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh; Amanjot Singh Dhiman of YPS, Mohali; and Charu Gupta of Little Flower Convent School, Panchkula; shared the third slot in Class X examination by scoring 97.4 per cent each.
