Heedless garbage dumping

Garbage is being dumped heedlessly near Mauli Jagran (en route railway station from the Panchkula side). This is not only a health hazard but also a blot on the City Beautiful. The authorities concerned should take the required measures against the wrong-doers. The spot also attracts stray animals. SK Gupta, Panchkula 

Leisure Valley in bad state

Several gardens in the City Beautiful are crying for attention.  One such place is Leisure Valley, where I go for morning walks. Despite the well-trained and qualified staff of gardeners and horticulture experts, Leisure Valley is full of weeds and waste. Some serious work needs to be done.  Samita Kaur
