Freshers’ party at Hindi Dept

A special event ‘Dastak-18’ was organised at the Department of Hindi, Panjab University, to welcome the first year students. The event was organised at the physics auditorium.

The chairperson of the department, Dr Gurmeet Singh said, “The department looks forward to not only welcome new students, but also involve the alumni. We had a special meeting with the alumni before the function today to look at various prospects of how we can involve them for the betterment of the department.”

Many students showcased their talent with dance and musical presentation on the occasion.
