Mohali, April 9
With the main runway of Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport at Mumbai remaining non-operational for six hours on Tuesday (April 10) on account of pre-monsoon maintenance activities, the operation of some flights departing from Chandigarh to Mumbai would be affected.
Sources said the Jet Airways flight to Mumbai, which departs at 12 noon, would remain suspended while its afternoon flight at 3.10 pm would operate. An IndiGo official said one of its flights to Mumbai would be diverted to Bengaluru. However, Air India announced that its flight to Mumbai at 3.30 pm would remain unaffected. Currently, seven flights operate between city and Mumbai. — TNS
