City cadet wins gold in aero-modelling

CHANDIGARH:Cadet Shiva Vasan of No.1 Chandigarh NCC Air Squadron has won the gold medal in the “Remote Control Aero-Modelling and Flying” event at the All-India Vayu Sainik Camp - 2017 held in Jodhpur.

Cadet Shiva Vasan of No.1 Chandigarh NCC Air Squadron has won the gold medal in the “Remote Control Aero-Modelling and Flying” event at the All-India Vayu Sainik Camp - 2017 held in Jodhpur.

He is among the six air wing cadets, including two girls, from Chandigarh who formed part of the contingent representing Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh NCC directorate. As many as 600 cadets from all over the country participated in the camp.
