Chess meet from Oct 15

Chandigarh: The Chandigarh Chess Parents Association will organise a friendly chess tournament on October 15 at Manav Mangal School, Sector 21. The event will be held in three categories --- open, U-15 and U-10. The time format will be 25 minutes with an increment of five seconds for each of the six rounds, the association said here on Wednesday. Stunt show at UIET today 

Chandigarh: Bikers from Delhi, Jaipur, Indore and Coimbatore will participate in the TVS Team Apache Stunt Show at the UIET Department of Panjab University on Thursday, the organisers said here on Wednesday. All the participating teams are registered with the India Book of Records for performing stunts across the nation. — TNS
