Kalka: Panic gripped Amravati Enclave here after a bomb shell was recovered from the Kaushalya river. On getting information, the police rushed to the spot. The police said at 6 pm, some children, who were playing near the spot, noticed it. They immediately informed their parents. The size of the bomb shell is stated to be over one and a half feet. ACP Om Prakash said the anti-bomb squad was informed about it. —OC
