A total of 70 persons donated blood at a blood donation camp organised at the arrival gate of the Chandigarh International Airport here on Friday.

Chandigarh airport police station SHO HS Bal said: “The camp was organised by Central Industrial Security Force, Punjab Police, and Panchkula Premier Lions Club.”

91 units collected

A blood donation camp was organised by the Main Market Welfare Association, in collaboration with the Bharat Vikas Parishad (BVP), West 2, at the Sector 38-C market. The camp was conducted by the PGI Blood Bank. A total of 91 units were collected. Donors were felicitated with certificates. —TNS
