Modi never thought about poor: Bansal

Addressing a rally organised by the minorities cell of the Chandigarh Congress at Milk Colony at Dhanas, Bansal said the Modi government did not launch any scheme or programme for the poor, whereas Congress President Rahul Gandhi had recently announced that if his party came to power, it would implement a scheme granting Rs 72,000 per annum to each BPL family.
