Panchkula, August 17

Senior vice-president and former chairman of Haryana Kisan Congress Vijay Bansal today took a dig at development plank of Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar.

Bansal said in the last five years, Kalka has witnessed highest rate of unemployment and the BJP was responsible for this situation. He said only 111 youths of the 18,000 were given jobs.

He said instead of reviving HMT, the BJP government closed the industrial unit.

Bansal said hospital in Kalka was in poor condition and hilly areas of Morni and Pinjore were not developed as tourism areas.

Bansal said illegal mining has been going on unabated in the district and drug peddling was also on the increase.

He said no new plan or industrial package has been announced for Kalka Assembly segment.

The Congress leader  claimed that not a single promise out of 24 promises has been fulfilled by the BJP.
