Bad weather delays flights by hours

Bad weather delayed three flights from the international airport here on Saturday while the Jet Airways flight from New Delhi was unable to reach here and had to return.

As per information, Jet Airways flight 9W-648 reached New Delhi two hours and 28 minutes later than its scheduled time. However, the return flight could not make it to the city and had to be diverted back to Delhi. It came back to Chandigarh later with the delay of two hours and 40 minutes.

Another Chandigarh to Delhi flight, Indigo’s 6E-455, was delayed by two hours and 20 minutes. SpiceJet’s SG-2831 arrived here 57 minutes late. The return flight landed 52 minutes behind the schedule.

Also, Air India’s Chandigarh to Kullu flight was delayed by five hours and 44 minutes.
