AIIMS result out; Sangrur girl Eliza secures top spot

CHANDIGARH: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Monday declared the results for its Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) entrance examination.

The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) on Monday declared the results for its Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) entrance examination.

Eliza (17) from Lehragaga, a backward area of Punjab’s Sangrur, took up the top spot with a 100 percentile. She was a student of the DAV Public School.

Three candidates from the Tricity came within the top 10 ranks—Mehak Arora (AIR 3), Manraj Singh Sra (AIR 4), Eishvauk Aggarwal (AIR 10)—while seven make it into the top 100.  

Eishvauk Aggarwal, a student of Bhavan Vidyalaya, Sector 15, Panchkula, scored the highest in the Tricity in medical stream in CBSE’s Class 12 exams.

Manraj Sra was student of SD School in Chandigarh’s Sector 24.

Three candidates from Bathinda make it into the top 50.
