New Delhi: Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said on Friday senior citizens want a secure, reasonable and stable return on their investment. Speaking at the launch of a pension scheme for senior citizens, Pradhan Mantri Vyay Vandana Yojana (PMVVY), he said banks have to lend at affordable rates while senior citizens want secure, reasonable and non-fluctuating return on their investment.
