Bathinda: Senior Journalist Hukam Chand Sharma, who passed away yesterday, was cremated at the cremation centre in Paras Ram Nagar here today.
After suffering a paralytic attack on June 16, he had been under treatment at the DMCH, Ludhiana.
He was working with Ajit newspaper. People from all walks of life attended the cremation. DIG, Bathinda, Ashish Chaudary, Naveen Singla, SSP, Bathinda; and Dr Vineat Kumar, Public Grievance officer; were among those present.
