Janmashtami was celebrated at The Little Kingdom Nursery School here today.

Children were dressed up as Krishna, Radha and Gopiyan. Aarti and bhajans were recited and songs related to Janmashtami were played while a puja was performed by the staff and the children. The fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air. Prasad was distributed among the children after the puja. The involvement of the children in the celebrations at such a tender age was worth applauding.

Daddy’s Teddy Playway School

Janmashtami was celebrated at Daddy’s Teddy Playway School in Jujhar Singh Nagar today. Children dressed up as Radha and Krishna. School principal Ritu Raonta told the children about the birth of Lord Krishna and distributed sweets among them.

Kids Care School

Janmashtami was celebrated at Kids Care School. Children came in various attires of Lord Krishna and Radha. The children enjoyed the festival. School principal Anu Goyal wished the children on the occasion.

Mother’s Pride School

Mother’s Pride School also celebrated Janmashtami on the school campus. In the function, students were informed about the significance of the occasion. The students came in attire of Lord Krishna. Parents also participated in the celebrations.
