MUKTSAR: A 70-year-old man lost his life after the scooter he was riding collided with an SUV (Bolero) on the Gidderbaha-Bathinda road on Saturday.

A 70-year-old man lost his life after the scooter he was riding collided with an SUV (Bolero) on the Gidderbaha-Bathinda road on Saturday. The deceased, identified as Sukhpal Singh, was an ex-serviceman. Sources said the victim was going on a scooter from Bharu village to Gidderbaha and the SUV was coming from the Bathinda side when the mishap took place. — TNS
