A meeting of members the probe panel constituted to investigate illegal buildings was held at the MCB office today.

At the meeting, MCB officials presented the records pertaining to illegal buildings constructed in the past two years before the members.

The illegal buildings included those which have been built by violating the building rules and for which the amount for change of land use (CLU) has not been paid.

The MCB officials claimed that they have sent notices to all building owners, while the CLU of some of the building has also been cancelled owing to the violation of rules.
