The police presented him in a court and he has been sent on one-day police remand.

A case was registered against the accused on February 18 on the basis of a complaint lodged by Bikramjit Singh Bahia.

Bikramjit Singh Bahia has stated that the accused and Renu Bala took earnest money of Rs 30 lakh for 460 square yard plot located on Multania road.
