City lad is Mr India Best Personality 2018

BATHINDA: Navkiran Singh, a student of BCA (2nd year) of Baba Farid College, has won the title of “Mr India Best Personality 2018” held at Jaipur in Rajasthan.

Navkiran Singh, a student of BCA (2nd year) of Baba Farid College, has won the title of “Mr India Best Personality 2018” held at Jaipur in Rajasthan.

This country-level competition was organised by Mr and Miss India Globe. Four rounds were held during the grand finale round. Before this round, he passed an audition at BFGI, Bathinda, and then cleared another round for grand finale. There were a total of 36 participants from every part of India in the grand finale round.

It is worth mentioning that he promoted the culture of Punjab by performing bhangra in the talent round during grand finale. The jury members were Imam Sidddique (of Big Boss fame and Indian fashion stylist), Leena Sharma (Mrs Tourism Ambassador- 2017), Dr Varun Katyal (nutrition and dietitian) and Nisha Khan (Miss India Asia Pacific- 2017 and of MTV Love School fame). Dr Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal, Chairman, BFGI, congratulated the student for this country-level achievement.
