Class V students of DAV Public School on Thursday presented their annual function Kahaaniyan Bemisaal—Rabindranath Tagore, Munshi Premchand, in two groups. Hemant Sharma, DSP, Central Jail, was the chief guest for the morning show while Ravinder Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner (Development), was the chief guest for the evening show.

The presentation offered a tribute to master story tellers, Rabindranath Tagore and Munshi Premchand, and their stories that are the torch bearers of moral values and hold relevance even today in our modern lives. The children offered a colorful presentation of the theme, in the form of dramatics, song, dance and music all weaved together seamlessly and thoughtfully. The show was highly appreciated and applauded by everyone present.

Principal Neera Sharma thanked the gathering and appreciated the efforts of students and the staff. She encouraged the children to pursue good education and moral values instead of being influenced by material gains in life.
