A three-day national conference of All India Democratic Woman Association started at Virsa Vihar here today.

Earlier, the activists of association paid tribute to freedom fighter Subhash Chandra Bose at the Bhandari Bridge and marched from to Virsa Vihar. A large number of women activist led by Malini Bhattacharya and Subhasni Ali participated in the march and conference.

The key speakers including Malini Bhattacharya, Subhasni Ali, Mariam Dhawale, Subash Mattu, Krishna Kumari, Sunehlata Mishhra and Kriishan Dutta supported the freedom of expression.

Speaking on the occasion, the various speakers condemned the ongoing reparation of women. — TNS
