Spring Dale girl rubs shoulders with int’l gymnasts

In what could be termed as a proud moment for her institution, Sarpreet Kaur Sidhu, a budding gymnast from Spring Dale Senior School, rubbed shoulders with gymnasts from different countries of the world in ISF World Schools Championship Gymnasiade (Rhythmic Gymnastics 2016) held at Trabzon, Turkey.

Rajiv Kumar Sharma, principal of the school, said Sarpreet Kaur Sidhu participated in the events held in the junior girls Under-15 category in the tournament.

“She competed with at least 150 gymnasts from various countries in this tournament,” he said.

The director of the school and the managing trustee of Spring Dale Educational Society congratulated Sarpreet. “The school is proud of her achievement at the international level and prays for her success in all her future endeavours,” they said.
