Seven trains rescheduled

The Northern Railways has issued a new time table for trains, including those connecting Amritsar, to come into force from August 15. Schedule of seven Amritsar bound trains stands changed.

Now, the new arrival timing for Shan-E-Punjab (12497) is 2.25 pm, for Jansadharan Express (15531) is 2.25 pm, Shatabdi Express (12014) 4.55 pm, Superfast Express (12242) 5.10 pm, Sachkhand Express (12716) 5.30 pm.

Similarly, Amritsar-Dehradun Express (14632) will reach Dehradun at 10.35 pm and Dehradun-Amritsar Express (14631) will reach Dehradun at 7.05 pm.

City railway station Officiating Director Amrit Singh said he had received the list of the aforesaid trains but there was a possibility of a change in schedule for other trains as well. — TNS
