The joint action committee (JAC) comprising of 13 different associations (representing over 1,000 unaided colleges of Punjab) held a meeting recently for early release of the post matric scholarship (PMS) funds.

The members discussed various action plans to save the unaided colleges in the state and decided that committee members will soon meet the Central and state government’s ministers and urge them to release the PMS financial aid at the earliest.
