The Pensioners Welfare Association held a protest against the government for not fulfilling their long pending demands here on Tuesday.

The protesters demanded the government to settle the payment of pending three instalments of DA immediately, association president Sukhdev Singh Pannu said.

He sought medical allowance of Rs 2,000 per month and rectification of flaws in the cashless medical insurance. —TNS
