Amritsar, April 14

Pakistani cuisine is savored by one and all. Best Western Merrion’s annual edition of Indo-Pak food festival brings cuisine from across the border. Titled “Line of no Control”, the food festival at Dazzle Restaurant will feature an elaborate menu, including kebabs, biryanis, tikkas, roomali rotis and traditional recipes.

All the richness of Punjabi cuisine from across the border will be put on the menu. “The festival is open by the poolside, as guests can enjoy the cool evening breeze over some hot and spicy food. Keeping recipes traditional and authentic, we have used a lot of spices, especially cardamom, saffron and garam masala, in the cooking. Guests can also enjoy live music along with the food,” said Vandana, food and beverage manager, Best Western Merrion.

The festival will be on till end of April.
