Man held for sexual assault

Amritsar: The Majitha police arrested Mahinder Singh of Nangal Punia village for “sexually assaulting” a young girl of the same village on Friday. The father of the victim stated in his complaint to the police that his 18-year-old daughter was alone at home when the accused, a neighbour, called her to his residence for making tea and resorted to indecency.
