CKD to collaborate with Sikhs in Dubai

Chief Khalsa Diwan Charitable Society is going to work on international level for ‘Sikh Dharam Prachar’ and promotion of mother language Punjabi in association with its global collaborators. To meet this objective, Chief Khalsa Diwan (CKD) executive committee meeting was held at Gurudwara Guru Nanak Darbar, Dubai, recently. Members of the CKD from Delhi, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Dubai and from other parts of the world attended the meeting.

While addressing the meeting, the CKD president, Charanjit Singh Chadha, gave a call to establish local committee of society in Dubai also.

Participants also had a close view of education system, new technologies and learning procedures being adopted in schools of Dubai so that these could be implemented in their own educational institutions.

Dubai Sikh community appreciated selfless efforts of the CKD in social, cultural, religious and educational field. Chairman of Gurdwara in Dubai, SS Kandhari and other Sikh personalities were honored by the CKD management on the occasion.
