Auditorium inaugurated

Chief Khalsa Diwan (CKD) president Dhanraj Singh today inaugurated a newly-constructed auditorium at Sri Guru Harkrishan Public School in Patti, 25 km from here. The function was attended by parents of the students and residents of the town.

Students of the school came up with various presentations, such as Rajasthani dance, western dance, Lavni dances, giddha and bhangra. Dramas depicting the decreasing level of respect for parents among youth, neglect of education by children and the increasing trend of drug addiction in society, were performed.

Students who have received A grade were honoured on the occasion. Principal Jagbir Singh elaborated the achievements of the schools in different areas.

Office-bearers of Chief Khalsa Diwan and heads of several schools attended the function.
